Dr. Kishpaugh joined the District staff in July 2014 as an Assistant Principal at Ephrata High School. Prior to coming to the District, Dr. Kishpaugh spent six years at Altoona Area High School teaching Physics and coaching football and track.
He received his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and his Masters of Educational Leadership and Principal Certification from Saint Francis University. He received his Doctorate degree from Immaculata University.
Mr. Russ Garman joined the Ephrata Area School District staff in August 1993. He worked as a social studies teacher in Ephrata Middle School until 1999. From 1999 to 2008 he worked in Ephrata High School as a social studies teacher and instructional facilitator. In 2009 he became the Assistant Principal at Ephrata Middle School.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and German at Millersville University. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Supervision and his Principal Certification from Penn State Great Valley.
