By agreeing to the Ephrata Area School District publication disclosure, I give permission for names, pictures, videotapes, and other images of my student to be released to local newspapers, television, and other media, such as District web pages, social media, newsletters, yearbooks, and brochures, and other local establishments and organizations for the purpose of student and program recognition. I give permission for my child to be interviewed for the same purpose. I also give permission for my child’s student-created projects to be used in school publications, such as school newspapers, yearbooks, and websites.
