The Ephrata Area School District will be holding parent teacher conferences for students in kindergarten through 8th grade on Thursday, November 20, Monday, November 24 and Tuesday, November 25. Since these dates differ slightly from previous years, we recommend noting them in advance. You will soon be able to access our online conference scheduling program, Pick-a-Time, to schedule a conference for your child(ren).
Starting on Monday, November 3 at 6:00 PM, please CLICK HERE to access available time slots and schedule these appointments. You will be prompted to enter your child(ren)s first and last name and their birthday. From there you will be able to choose a day and time for the conference. If you have more than one child in kindergarten through 8th grade, you can add multiple children to the search to find optimal times to match your needs. Just follow the instructions on the website. The online scheduler will be closed on Wednesday, November 12 at noon.
