On Friday, January 18th, Highland PTO held a game night from 6:30-8:30. Every person recieved a raffle ticket as they entered the building. Game night was a night for students and their families to come and play games with their fellow classmates and their families. Students could sign posters saying "hello" to Mr. Cucciuffo and "goodbye" to Mrs. Schlemmer. The students enjoyed playing games such as bingo, checkers, and any other games they brought along. The gym was also open for students and their families to shoot some hoops or just run around. The PTO had a snack bar open with hot dogs and chips along with drinks for everyone to enjoy. Students could also get cool tattoos if they wanted. At the end of the night, the PTO called off some raffle tickets to give away really cool prizes such as smelly candles, "highland hurricanes" bumper stickers, and even lunch with Mr. Cuccuiffo. This night gave students a chance to spend some quality time with their family and friends.
