DARE Class Learning   DARE Teacher

Every Wednesday at Fulton, Mr. Ream and Mrs. Doub's fifth grade students learn more and more skills they need to avoid involvement with drugs, gangs, and violence. Week by week, Officer Del Isola informs the fifth graders on how to resist peer pressure and live productive drug-free and violence-free lives.
D.A.R.E. is a curriculum that was created in 1983, and over the years it has proven to be so successful that over 75% of schools in America are participating in the program. DARE is taught by police officers whose training and experience gives them the background needed to answer all of the young students' curious questions about drugs and crime.
By giving the students higher awareness, the future possibility of a drug-free America is becoming more attainable.
