  •         Lacrosse, football, golf, basketball, floor hockey, volleyball, tchouckball, tennis, badminton, ultimate Frisbee/football/lacrosse, softball, archery, and other cardiovascular games.

    2.  WEIGHT ROOM

  • anatomy, personal workout chart

    3.  CARDIOVASCULAR

  • Alternative workouts - yoga, pilates, circuit training, walking, running. cooperative games, adventure games, aerobics and dance.
