Cafeteria Experience

Students in Foods and Nutrition classes have been experiencing what it is like to work in the Food Service Industry by spending a day in the school cafeteria.  They work in various areas including food preparation, serving and clean-up.  They learn a lot about food safety and about the commercial kitchen.  Almost all the students appreciate the cafeteria workers a lot more after this experience!
