Our Vision:

To assist in providing a safe place for employees to work, students to learn, visitors to see, and the general public to use, and to have all our employees accept personal responsibility for their own safety.

The Ephrata Area School District Safety and Wellness Committee is comprised of school district employees representing the various divisions of school personnel.  The divisions represented are:   administration, teachers, teacher aides, food service, health services, custodians, office staff, transportation, and school resource officer.  Other members from outside of the school district include representatives from the Pennsylvania Insurance Consortium for Schools (PICS) and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
