face it, fat is what makes food taste good.
Fats
should take up 7 to 10 percent of our total calorie intake.
It is very important that we limit the amount of fat intake in our
diet. Here are some helpful
tips to help lower you fat intake.

Smoothie 16 ounces frozen
orange juice concentrate Combine all
ingredients in a blender. Blend
until smooth. Divide into
glasses. Serve right away! |
